Job Description

Our client:

  • A large conglomerate based out of Dubai is seeking a Dynamic individual who will be leading their Total Rewards function across the group.

Your role:

  • The requirement includes Past proven Rewards, compensation and benefits experience right from conceptualization to execution, including salary surveys, salary reviews, bonuses and management of benefits.
  • The responsibilities include participating in salary and benefits surveys, preparing analysis and recommending pay-line through salary bench-marking.
  • Conducting exit interviews, monitoring turnover & headcount reports, etc. maintaining an awareness of potential problems together with the leadership team. Also, supervising payroll & ensuring timely payment of all kinds of salaries, bonuses etc.
  • Overall responsible for creating a quality environment and to meet the company objectives while ensuring that the related policy & procedures are up to date.

المهارات

Must haves:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing company-wide Rewards, C&B policy programs with evidence of increased engagement. You will need to have experience in managing and implementing new programs and policies and have worked on Job Evaluation and Job Grading by using methodologies such as HAYS etc. It is vital you’re a strong communicator in order to build strong relationships across the business and to ensure you work closely and effectively with HR.
  • Experience in multiple HR function areas is not essential but would be valued, such as additional experience with payroll, HRIS and generalist experience. Strong numerical and analytical skills are a necessity.
