الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for sales and promoting products/promotions to various customer segments that include Retail Companies, Cooperative Societies, Hypermarkets, small and medium enterprises and attract new customers and seek new business opportunities. Strive to achieve the targets assigned to the sales team and help to contribute the achievement of targets and overall revenues to the Company.
Monitor the day-to-day operations of sales, delivery of stock to customers and collection. Responsible to coordinate with warehouse team to arrange for delivery of the orders.
§ Strive to achieve the sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing historical performance/sales, and projecting future targets.
§ Work with higher management to set revenue/sales targets and review the achievement of such targets on monthly basis.
§ Act as first point of contact for the customers for matters relating to sales orders, stock delivery, damages and coordinate with respective department to address customer concerns on timely basis.
§ Seek new customers and look for new sales channels and business opportunities.
§ Listing of new products and follow up on new listings.
§ Maintain good relationship with key people at retailers and outlets.
§ Receive orders from the customer about the quantity of stock requirement and coordinate with finance department for raising invoice and with warehouse department to arrange for delivery of stock.
§ Supervise the merchandisers, sales officers and van salesmen to ensure that there are no delays in delivery of stock and stock is arranged in the shelves at the Cooperatives.
