IT SLA Coordinator (Arabic – L3)
The role of the SLA Coordinator is to ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for information technology services across/inside the organization and its entities are delivered according to specifications.
Key responsibilities of an SLA coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
- SLAs Developing, managing, and administering service management best practices.
- Monitoring SLA performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements.
- Facilitating communication between the IT department and its clients to define and maintain the SLAs required for each business unit.
- Provide L3 Technical Support to all Entitles and acting as a team leader for the IT Helpdesk team

المهارات
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English languages are mandatory
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field
- Minimum 8 years equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, and Cisco are added advantage.
- Exceptional knowledge of computer hardware, including Server class machines.
- Deep-seated experience with desktop and server operating systems.
- Extensive application support experience
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, include Microsoft and Linux.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of a technical support team.
- Proven track record of developing and providing Service Level Agreements and Help Desk deliverables.
