IT Call Center Executive (Arabic)

  • Operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  • Conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
  • Hardware troubleshooting

Work Conditions

  • On call availability for 24/7. Working in rotational Shifts (7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days or as required) Sitting for extended periods of time whenever required.

المهارات

  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English languages are mandatory.
  • Education & Certification University degree in the field of computer science and minimum 3 years equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux or Cisco will be added advantage.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
  • Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Extensive equipment support experience.
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  • Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
