الوصف الوظيفي
IT Call Center Executive (Arabic)
- Operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
- Read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
- Hardware troubleshooting
Work Conditions
- On call availability for 24/7. Working in rotational Shifts (7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days or as required) Sitting for extended periods of time whenever required.

المهارات
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English languages are mandatory.
- Education & Certification University degree in the field of computer science and minimum 3 years equivalent work experience preferred.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux or Cisco will be added advantage.
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
- Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Extensive equipment support experience.
- Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
