1) Must have good knowledge and experience working directly in a plant environment with good understanding og plant processes.
2) Power Project OR Water plant experience IS A MUST.
3) Good experience in design of RO plant and distribution pipelines.
4) Must have good leadership skills
5) Must have excellent communication skills.
