Parisima Talent is looking to hire a Digital Showroom Operations Manager for a revolutionary retail Ecommerce concept.
Description:
You will be leading the logistics and fulfilment apparatus of the marketplace end to end, managing the fulfilment component as well as the team deployed within the logistics hub in the mall. You will be managing the last mile delivery partner and report on key business metrics to the leadership team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Degree Qualification or equivalent
• Direct logistics/fulfilment management experience, comprising both a salaried workforce, hourly and agency strong workforce, in a logistics, or distribution/warehousing environment
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
• Strong analytical capability; track record of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills (including local language and English, written and verbal)
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale
• Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season
Skills:
• Background supporting the e-commerce business such as click & collect, BOPUS, etc.
• Experience with logistics partners
