Community Manager
Product360 is seeking a high-energy, people-centric Community Manager to oversee and support the vibrant community of our clients and their teams of Product managers and leaders. As the face and voice of Product360, the Community Manager will ensure that our online community experience advances business objectives, scouts out compelling stories to highlight, and helps our clients' communities grow in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
– Community Connector: Manage day-to-day communication with clients on virtual platforms like Slack and Email, answering logistical questions and moderating conversations to ensure responsive interactions.
– Motivator-in-Chief: Write concise and engaging messaging that motivates clients and helps to keep them on track with important announcements.
– Client Advocate: Observe behavior and listen to client needs to identify opportunities for a streamlined experience that is responsive to their pain points.
– Storyteller Extraordinaire: Identify the most compelling ideas and stories from PRODUCT360 community of clients and their teams and strategize how to amplify them to advance the agency's goals and grow the brand.
– Event Facilitator: Facilitate live online and in-person events like networking sessions, workshops, meetings, and more.
– Community Builder: Strategize empathetic, inclusive, and fun ways to nurture the community and grow client engagement.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of work experience in community-building, relationship management, social media, or a similar space.
– Strong relationship-building skills and ability to quickly develop a strong connection with both individuals and large groups.
– Excellent communication skills across mediums (Slack, email, phone, video-conferencing, etc.).
– Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Empathetic and patient listener, able to help clients' communities feel valued and, if needed, ready to calmly diffuse contentious conversations.
– Strong task management skills and ability to work outside of standard business hours for event facilitation or community support when the project requires.
– Tech-savvy and able to get comfortable quickly with new platforms and tools.
– Passionate about community-building and creating accessible, memorable experiences for others.
Bonus Points:
– Experience managing and/or moderating an online community
– Experience working with a community in the consulting or professional services space.
