Responsibilities included but not limited to
The assistant project manager will work with the client, different vendors, and the internal team to deliver a project from start to finish. Responsibilities will include the following:
1. Project initiation: project charter document, scope document, financial analysis, forming the team, and kicking off the project
2. Project planning: initiation, stakeholders’ analysis, project management plan, and any other standard project planning activity
3. Project execution: project resources management, project plan updates, and work with different stakeholders to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
4. Project monitoring: monitor project financials, risk analysis and mitigation, impact analysis of any delays, and ensure project deliverables are accepted by the client
5. Project reporting and closure: management reports, progress reports, financial reports, final project documentation upon project completion, and ensure project documentation is archived and stored upon project closure
6. Work with the demand management unit on any internal initiatives and change requests to improve the project delivery methodology and processes.
7. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 8. Perform any other activities assigned by the direct line manager.
المهارات
• University degree in IT, Project Management (IT or Healthcare), or health informatics
• Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experience in agile project management
• Certified by Project Management Institute (PMI) as either Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
