الوصف الوظيفي
To achieve all financial targets.
To lead the team on each shift and uphold company service standards.
Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
Take directions and guidance from Restaurant Manager.
Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets, in harmony with the labor plan for productivity concerns.
Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.
Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
Maintain clean service areas.
Monitor all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Fully understand and comply with all regulations that pertain to the health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
Undertakes any other responsibility assigned by his Restaurant Manager.

Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 3 years of front-of-the-house operations.
