We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Events Sales Executive Arabic female to help us build up our business activities in the UAE. Better to have a valid UAE driving license and experience in sales is an advantage Experience in Events Production industry.
Hospitality is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other technical programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cold calling prospective clients, schedule meetings with them to collaborate on projects.
Connect clients with senior management if required, for discussing long-term partnerships. Coordinate with the design team and submit designs to clients when required.
Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits Maintains excellent relationships with clients.
Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed Liaise with the production and presales team to provide client quotes
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deal Assist the team members by accompanying them for their meetings and helping them to achieve their targets as and when required by the team.
To be present at the event site and manage the client. Extending full support to the management for the execution of events, sales administration, and training.
Prerequisites:
The ideal candidates should have a successful sales track record in direct sales and an ability to develop targeted prospect databases.
Good at making presentations and pitches
Strong written and oral communication skills needed to effectively solicit and close business projects.
Education:
Bachelor Degree
Diploma in Hospitality or Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM, MS office software applications including MS office, Excel, Power point etc..
