الوصف الوظيفي
Main Objective: We are looking for an Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) Service Manager / Team Leader with technical experience to maintain the fleet and promptly resolve technical problems in the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, adjustment, and launch of RVMs
- Conducting training for RVM users
- Monitoring of RVMs and their components, diagnostics of potential issues
- Service maintenance and repair of RVMs
- Cleaning of key RVM components
- Keeping equipment in working order
المهارات
- Work experience in technical maintenance or related field of 1-3 years
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical and analytical aptitude or background
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
- Good working knowledge of English
- Experience with payment terminals or vending machines is desirable
