(موظف دعم فني) IT Technical Support
Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia residence
Job Description:
Provide first line technical support to maintain both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity and resolving network issues
Job Duties:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Job Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience 1-3 years
- Knowledge of active directory and firewall
- knowledge of network fundamentals
- knowledge of CCTV systems
- Arabic speaking and good English
