Meshico Group is multi-line business organization, the company is into Hospitality, Trading, Real Estate, Retail, Investments.
The PA will be responsible for handling a range of administrative and executive tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Support in all administrative activities.
2. Record, and check various documents (electronic and hard copies)
3. Manage, organize, and update relevant data
4. Coordinate and remind tasks on a regular basis.
5. Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
6. Manage minutes of meetings and ensure that it’s delivered to the various participants in a detailed and clear document.
7. Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, clients, to ensure a smooth meeting process.
8. Answer phone calls and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
9. Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, financial reports, and management reports.
10. Arrange travel schedules and reservations and executive management as needed.
المهارات
- 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal (fluent in English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
