The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities in the UAE for OwlSurf Digital. The role requires a combination of sales and marketing skills and a deep understanding of the digital space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential new clients and target markets through research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform business development strategy.

المهارات

  • Proven digital marketing agency experience in business development and sales, with a track record of successfully securing new business for digital marketing services. (COMPULSORY)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of OwlSurf Digital, and the successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the digital industry.
