We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Section Head to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:●Job Purpose1. Support the Legal, Compliance and Ethics Director on any related legal and compliance issues.2.Ensure the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable laws and agreements signed with the grantor and lenders.3.Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.Knowledge, Skills and Experience 1.Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably a Master’s degree) or its equivalent of at least 5 years of related experience2.Ethics, compliance and/or business conduct experience3.Strong organizational skills4.Ability to deal and communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of personnel5.Excellent confidentiality and work ethics6.Excellent computer skills7.Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)8.Excellent ability to draft and review agreements and contracts9.Good knowledge of all Jordanian lawsIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in the position, kindly send your updated CV to email – indicating the job vacancy you are applying for in the email subject.
