الوصف الوظيفي
Director – Shared Service(IT, Purchase. HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing)
- Direct the daily operations and activities of departments responsible for in the organization.
- Accountable for the performance of each of the departments that he/she is required to manage.
- Provides guidance and support to managers of shared services function in performing their day to day activities
- Contribute to strategic planning and policy development
- Develop business plans for each function and team and ensure adherence to those plans in line with the overall direction and aims of the organization.
- Continuously monitor the performance of managers reporting to him/her.
- Verify, provide inputs and approve any new commissions/incentives or their amendments such that it is beneficial for the organization.
- Suggest and implement best practices and activities in the organization with approval from management.
- Discuss with top management regarding sensitive & critical yearly activities such as yearly increments, promotions and bonus; and implement as per instruction.
- Implement innovative new ways to bring new business to the organization.
- Approve monthly payroll and incentives/commissions of the organization.
- Resolve escalated issues / complaints highlighted by managers / staff.
- Discuss, resolve and / or handle escalated customer complaints as required.
- Effectively implement strategies / frameworks suggested by management.
- Discuss and finalize the yearly manpower budget for all departments of the organization.
- Discuss with HR Manager regarding any investigations and warning letter issuance.
- Review and approve job contracts within the required timelines.
- Ensures the completeness of all HR related procedures
- Review and recommend business and operating model changes that would improve and subsidiaries operations efficiency.
- Develops a proper scheme for handling the shared services and its subsidiaries
- Ensures the proper implementation of IT programs and applications and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
- Oversees any construction of new projects related to the company.
- Oversees the overall management of all facilities.
- Oversees the employee training and talent management processes
- Coordinates with the finance and accounting department for finalizing the purchasing plan and budget
- Ensures the completeness of internal purchasing procedures.
- Oversee the entire function of Purchase department
- Ensures that all related departments are following their respective policies and procedures as agreed.
- Evaluate and respond effectively to highly sensitive and contentious issues to ensure that financial, reputational, and business risks are minimized
- Performs any other duty assigned by the Top Management according to business requirements
- Plans and monitors the department budget
- Coordinates across departments to broaden the spectrum of efforts
- Monitors and performs annual performance review for shared service staff and conducts a performance evaluation report on a periodic basis or as and when required
- Approves and sets performance goals and targets for the department
- Identifies the training needs of the staff
- Coordinates with the HR Manager for recruiting, developing and retaining an effective work force
