Position Title: Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, company car, and other benefits
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading distributor and manufacturer of food and beverage in UAE
Job Description:
- Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
- Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to ten salesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution
- Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets daily as per the plan
- Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team
- Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit daily
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years of Traditional Trade experience in the FMCG market
- At least 2 years experience in the same role
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
