Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or fish.
- Preparation and cooking of dishes in their assigned section while making sure to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Ensuring the efficient use of ingredients and supplies to reduce waste and keep costs under control.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials and assisting in menu planning and pricing as needed.
- Manage and order supplies for their assigned section.
- Participate in kitchen meetings and contributing ideas for menu development and kitchen improvements.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years’ experience on the same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
- Can join by March or April 2023
