Job Details / Security Guard – Job Title Security Guard Salary Details (AED) Basic Salary for 8 Hours = 1226.00 Overtime Allowance for 104 Hours = 624.00 SIRA Allowance = 800.00 Total 26 Days Salary = 2650.00 + Food/Allowance Job Location UAE Contract 24 months Probation Period 6 months Duty Hours 8 + 4 (overtime) hours daily 6 Days a week Accommodation Provided Transportation Provided Medical/Travel Insurance Provided Employment Visa Provided (24 months) Paid Leave After completion of the contract (Duration: one month) Air Ticket After completion of the contract (one-way ticket) Emergency Leave Provided (as per labor law) Other terms & conditions As per labor law About the Role The overall duty of a Security Officer is to protect a company’s property, employees and visitors. Responsibilities  Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.  Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over.  Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols.  Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities.  Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management.  Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors.  Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.  Performing CPR or first aid when needed. Requirements  Minimum height: 5.5  Should be physically fit  No visible tattoos  No long beard  Must be able to pass the training from Securities Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA).  Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills  Strong sense of judgment and can stay alert at all times.  Experience as Security Guard/Officer: Minimum 6-months  Minimum Education: Matriculation or 10th Standard.
