Job Summary:
IMC Jordan mission is needed for IT officer to provide IT support and many IT services to all IMC staff members in all IMC locations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Establish basic IT office functions such as completed network to enable data sharing, files printing, internet access for other IMC members.
- Maintain all equipment such as computers, printers, mobiles, Tablet, photocopiers, CCTV cameras, Speakers, Raspberry bi, shredders, monitors and scanners including hardware, software and network’s components for all IMC locations.
- Provide technical support hardware & software remotely for IMC staff, ensuring compliance with BIS requirements.
- Establish and maintain access to internet, shared server and CCTV system and office network, manage permissions and act as network administrator if needed.
- Provide technical support hardware & software to establish and maintain mobile monitoring and tracking applications and associated databases to the IMC staff as required.
- Provide training and support to IMC staff as required.
- Install and maintain email addresses and ensure email backup and data recovery.
- Ensure data backups and data protection.
- Set up basic power protection for IT equipment.
- Work as Quality controller during any receiving, transferring, installing for all IT items (HW & SW) as well as for all IT services.
- Provide IT support to Head office plus all IMC sites in the field (Camps & Governorates) with filed visits depending on the schedule that arranged by IT Supervisor or any emergency cases.
- Create, upgrade, and develop the Networks at IMC sites.
- Provide all required reports & lists.
- Provide Technical evaluation & assessment reports up to the needed.
- Create annual/monthly/weekly plans for all related IT in their locations (such as IT procurement plan, IT maintenance plan, IT Consumables plan…etc.).
- Provide full technical support for all IMC systems which are applying currently or later in Jordan mission.
- Answer mobile calls, emails, other media, and tickets to support all IMC staff.
- Following, monitoring, and tracking all IT provided services.
- Ability to work during the weekend, exceeding working hours & official holydays if needed upon IMC polices.
- Perform other duties assigned by IT supervisor.
- Supervised completely by JCP IT Manager technically & administratively.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1.Bachelor's degree in any of IT related fields
- 3-6 Years of experience in IT
- Good communication skills
- Good Teamwork skills
- Work effectively under pressure
- Good in English language skills
- Good in Microsoft products
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
