الوصف الوظيفي

JOB PURPOSE:

Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing & attracting suitable candidates for open job positions & ensures that manpower requirements are met while adhering to the agreed SLA. Supports the Recruitment Manager by making recommendations on how to improve the recruitment process that enhances the company’s ability to attract talents.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in identifying requirements to fill the manpower plan from both local & overseas market.
  • Source, screen, & shortlist potential candidates using various sources e.g. Database, Recruitment Websites, Advertisements, Local & International Recruitment Consultants, etc.
  • Plans & organize recruitment activities with the guidance of the Recruitment Manager & coordination with Business Units for their immediate & future manpower needs.
  • Prepare Job Offers & Employment Contract & advise selected candidates on employment requirements & on terms & conditions of employment.
  • Reviews Job Request & ensures the accuracy of job details as well as availability as per the Manpower Budget.
  • Ensures to provide accurate, timely, & consistent reports to ensure it can be reviewed at any given time.
