To provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams acting as project support resource to achieve organization mission, growth and customer satisfaction.
To support Business Development securing repeat and new business and by actively participating in Strategic Sales Plan to achieve target growth in turnover according to Company’s annual plan
To support and implement Company mission, vision and values working with the Operations Manager to ensure Company’s pre-eminence as premier regional contractor.
To ensure project teams are effectively complying with Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment Systems and encourage them to provide ideas for Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment Systems improvements and liase with QA/QC and HSE Departments

To lead project teams to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of, time schedules and cost without compromising Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment standards.
To provide assistance, guidance and support to project teams to establish and implement systems and processes to ensure projects run smoothly from inception, including budgeting and cost control in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
To actively participate with the Tendering Team to establish Preliminary Project Execution Plan (PPEP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) to ensure identified resource requirements are in line with established norms.
To assess capabilities and talents of team members and identify training needs and contribute to the personal development of individuals including sourcing of additional personnel according to project requirements
