Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Extensive Voice systems administration experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Voice network system requirements and standards.
• Experience as a Server and Systems administrator
• In depth understanding of technology systems in the enterprise
• Excellent experience using different Hypervisors, and VMware
• Excellent business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies and practice
• Lead the integration of various complex enterprise level servers and systems
• Manage and administer servers and systems to ensure system integrity
• Proactively monitor backups, storage and server logs
• Knowledge and experience in Web application firewall [WAF] such as FortiGate
• Knowledge and experience in Security information and event management [SIEM]
• Knowledge and experience in Endpoint Detection and Response [EDR]
• Knowledge and experience in Mail security solution
• Knowledge and experience in Sysmon with high profile security configuration file
• Knowledge and experience in Forti Client VPN

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology related field

3to 10 years relevant experience

• Fluent in English is required
