الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment in order to forecast the hiring needs of the Company.
- Arrange & Schedule interviews/tests of potential candidates and update outcome after interview.
- Responsible for overall HR operations cycle from Hire to Exit.
- Update ERP system to maintain all types of leave, new hire, termination and other HR related processes.
- To generate the following letters i.e. Offer letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, salary increment letter, Bank loan letter and confirmation letters in order to develop and execute mechanism of all letters issues.
- Assisting in the process of Training Need Assessment.
- Assist in payroll related activities.
- Coordinate all departments for the provisions of employee’s time and attendance details for the preparation of payroll.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of ERP system upgrades.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
- Resolves grievances and issues.
- Ensures that department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Performs other duties or assignments related to functions as directed.

- High School or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration

- Knowledge of HR practices & Saudi Labor Law
- ERP Knowledge
- MS – Office skills.
