Parisima Talent is hiring for one of our clients in Hospitality.
Position : F&B Service Excellence Executive
Department : Food & Beverage
Purpose and Scope of Position:
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, able to work flexible hours and extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards in hospitality and service industry.
Must be presentable and have a passion for service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Main duties:
F&B Service Ambassador:
- Participate in In-Service education and training courses as well as in continuing professional development opportunities and taking part in action research exercises.
- Deliver any other service and F&B related programs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Coordinate menu rollouts with F&B and Culinary Leadership
Recruitment:
- Actively participate in all Food and Beverage Recruitment Initiatives.
- Collaborate with Department Managers on hiring needs and participate in recruitment meetings to ensure correct information is communicated effectively.
- Encourage behaviors that anticipate hiring needs and to co-ordinate the actions of the Food and Beverage leaders and team in the elements of the Talent Journey.
- LinkedIn Ambassador and create a job advert that will attract candidates who are qualified for the job.
- Screening applicant CV and evaluate resume of selected candidate.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and communicate onboarding information to new hires.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and/or Human resources to ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Learning Method & Training:
- Manage all operational tasks involved with Department Training Programs and responsible on delivery and standards of service training (Quarterly & Yearly Training Calendar Program).
- Work closely with the Outlet in-charge to identify training opportunities and implementation of online training method.
- Oversee and manage the learning and development process for all Food and Beverage colleagues.
- To ensure the venue has a sufficient number of trainers.
- Schedule training classes and practice shifts for new hires.
- Assessing each department’s training & development programs and providing feedback to ensure a common direction toward the F&B goals.
- Schedule trainers and drive participation and compliance to training initiatives.
- Actively coach and mentor Trainers on their skills and execution.
- Assist other Managers with ongoing Associate development as needed.
Quality & Customer Happiness:
- Analyzing Social Media Report.
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Analyze Customer satisfaction survey responses and act on result.
- Customize survey's layout and questionnaire.
- Lead the internal audit for F&B service excellence.
المهارات
Job specifications:
- od communicator and conflict resolution skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Restaurant or Hospitality Management.
- At least 3 years’ experience in guest relations / employee relations / business development with Middle East exposure for a minimum of two years.
- General computer skills (office pack – excel in particular / presentation software)
- People Management skills and administration skills
- UAE driving license is must.
