Job Description:

Greet, welcome guests, and provide them with a positive first impression of the clinic
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area
Document and communicate various actions, irregularities, and continuing needs and billing
Schedule appointments and keep those appointments on time
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
