Position Title: Call center agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 300 JOD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Amman, Jordan

Job Description:
§ Take delivery orders though telecall.
§ Register the orders correctly in the system.
§ Assist and suggest menu item to the customers.
§ Ensure that all order details are correct.
§ Resolve customer complaints that is received at the call center.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Jordanian nationals
§ 45 years old and below
§ At least 1 year of call center agent experience from restaurant/f&b industry, or other BPO companies that offer services to food industry/order taking
