We are seeking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide expert-level insight and analysis on our products and services. The job involves collecting and validating data from distributors to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The data is analyzed using an online analytical tool via MS Excel to provide insights and generate reports for customers. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating master files, preparing reports, and communicating results to users, and working with IT to load data into the database. The role includes coordinating with various stakeholders to collect sales, shipment, and stocks data, basic traction of marketing expenses, market intelligence, and providing reports to the various departments. Key skills include data analysis, report preparation, communication, and stakeholder management. The success of the role will be evaluated based on feedback, learning abilities, response time, discipline, and quality of analysis and recommendations.

المهارات

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
A degree in IT / Computer Science, Accounting, or related studies
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Solid experience in Excel suite (i.e., pivot table, index match /VLOOKUP formula, etc.)
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skill.
