الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop workflow design and templates to create database for customer analytics on platforms like Qualtrics/QuestionPro/MS form.
- Design Balances Score cards and associated KPIs for assigned assets and develop monthly tracking of dashboards for review.
- Produce visual charts and dashboards for the in-house data to create actionable highlights.
- Track monthly/quarterly/yearly performance of key customer/BSC KPIs and their trends for assigned assets of Dubai Holding Entertainment.
- Manage various customer feedback channels and overall process to identify customer concerns, assign feedback, initiate corrective & preventive actions by execution functions, summarize results and highlight likely insights for the top management.
- Improve the data accuracy in data warehouse by understanding the missing data elements and execute corrective plan to enhance the data streamline.

key requirements experience in:
- Qualtrics
- Balanced Scorecard BSC
Desirable requirements:
· Six Sigma Green Belt
Balanced Scorecard certification or deployment experience
Essential requirements:
· 5 to7 years’ experience in Managing customer related processes using digital analytics platforms.
· Graduate with hospitality or service industry experience.
