Coordinate with the cross-functional departments to plan on achieving company goals and strategies.
P&L management, ability to drive profitability.
Increase TOM brand awareness of the company’s product portfolio.
Develop a global marketing strategy.
Manage and implement the marketing plan across ATL, BTL, and TTL.
Manage and build positive relationships with external agencies.
Manage the marketing budget.
Product owner: work closely with product/packaging development team to make sure products are up to consumer’s expectations.
Drives consumer research (qualitative/quantitative) and analyze findings.
Development of pricing strategy, balancing company’s objectives, and consumer satisfaction.
Responsibility in Business planning: domestic and global business development, closely working with key customers to increase sales profitably.
Development of new revenue streams.
Responsibility of overall B2B and B2C sales.
Appointment/management of distributors.
Regular sales performance review and feedback.
Building, training, and team motivation.
Organize and attend national, regional, and local trade shows to promote brand and product.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, or business administration.
+12 years' experience in marketing and sales with managerial level designation in the last 5 years.
Solid understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing within the dairy industry.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
