We are working with a leading F&B group based in the UAE, they own and manage several restaurant concepts and brands ranging from casual to fine dining outlets in the region.

They are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their business, reporting to the VP operations, they are seeking a passionate and dynamic operations professional.

You will be in charge of the operation making strategic decisions implementing operational policies and procedures. Big part of the role is recruiting for the different venues.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the operation of the brands.
Responsible for policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Responsible recruiting when necessary for the various venues
Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for business
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor compliance and regulations.
Directly reporting to the board of directors in terms of company objectives
Ensure smooth and efficient communication between the management team and staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure managing multiple workloads
Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety
Self-motivated with a sense of own initiative
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
