Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and network infrastructure
- Installing and configuring software and hardware
- Maintaining and repairing computer systems and peripherals
- Managing and maintaining network infrastructure
- Providing training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software

Qualifications:

- A+ Certification or equivalent experience

- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
