We are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Customer Experience Agent who will be responsible for providing all customers with effective and efficient customer service that includes responding to customers’ inquiries, re-directing calls, tracking drivers, maintaining records of delivery-related issues, providing relevant information, as well as investigating and resolving customers’ complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ calls, requests, and inquiries, in addition to redirecting received calls to the required function in a timely manner while providing a high standard of communication in order to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain full knowledge of business models, products and services, and the price list.
  • Track existing orders from the initial preparation stage to assigning the orders to drivers and follow up with drivers to track final delivery time and provide customers with the status of their orders to avoid any miscommunication or delays in delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Receive customers’ complaints and communicate with the concerned functions to investigate the same, determine the cause of the complaint, and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure the cessation of the reported issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete records in the system of customers’ calls, requests, and inquiries, as well as complaints and other delivery-related issues to quickly retrieve information as and when required.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in the same or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focus skills
