We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and providing insights to support decision making and process improvement for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting analysis of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Gathering and documenting requirements for new systems and processes
Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
Creating and delivering presentations and training materials
Collaborating with IT and other departments to implement solutions
Testing and validating new systems and processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Experience with business analysis and process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
