الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities
3.1. Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and
Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the departrnenVdivision.
3.2. Initiates and innovates ideas in assisting the hospital and MSD (through the director
of deparhnent/head of division) to discharge its public health responsibilities, in
conducting epidemiological research and community based studies whenever
necessary, advises on any preventive measures.
3.3. Draws up policies and procedures of staff health services, in collaboration with the
staff health physicians.
3.4. Advises the hospital on future planning/development of Preventive Medicine
activities, strategies and trends.
3.5. Participates closely in the development and enhancement of a wide variety of
preventive programmes such as: epidemiological advice, health promotion and child
health services, good hygienic principles.

6.1. Self-motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.
6.2. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
6.3. Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.
