الوصف الوظيفي
- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
- Develop and update the warehouse strategic goals in line with the company's strategy.
- Prepare and implement the annual warehouse plan to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
- Prepare and manage the warehouse budget.
- Distribute workload among warehouse staff, monitor and ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure goods are prepared according to the invoice.
- Prepare and submit reports of damaged and near-expiry goods in shipments.
- Oversee, monitor and control price scanning, tagging and labeling.
- Supervise the packing and weighing of goods set to be delivered.
- Monitor incoming goods' unloading and unpacking to ensure avoiding goods' damage and losses.
المهارات
- knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in ERP system.
- High level of flexibility and mobility.
- Knowledge to operate other office machines related to the job and other warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations.
- Languages : English, Arabic.
