Underground, a new bar and lounge located in the VIP Hotel, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters and Waitresses.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and drink orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and address any complaints or concerns
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room Follow all health and safety regulations
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and able to make recommendations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar establishment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
