Our company is currently hiring a technical engineer to provide presales support to the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Responsible for Installation, Troubleshooting, and Configuration of Light Current Systems as CCTV, Access Control, Intercom Systems, intrusion, fire alarm and similar products (Audio & Visual Systems, Professional Audio is preferred) according to project needs.
• Responsible for projects delivery and suuport sales team of technicians.
• Collaborates with Projects Departments to deliver detailed project plans and work breakdown.
• Ensures the regular & proper verification, performance, implementation of the light current system.
• Validates system functionality by executing the operational checklist in order to ensure that each equipment is working properly.

المهارات

• possess a Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• have prior experience within presales
• have prior experience within ELV
• possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
