الوصف الوظيفي
The job holder will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the clients. To lead the design and development of effective and efficient financial systems to support the achievement of the client’s strategic objectives and provide the management with timely information about the financial status in compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage accounting objectives and ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner and in line with financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Support Business partners with strategic and business planning & forecasting activity and annual financial plans.
- Prepare all accounting entries, validate and guide the analysis team on revenue-enhancing activities, cost savings ideas, etc.
- Conduct financial reviews at month end and to engage in strategic discussions on areas of improvement.
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
- Develop finance policies, systems, and processes to support the achievement of the Finance strategy including strategy and planning, financial control, and reporting and transactions.
- Oversee cash, investments, and asset management area.
- Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaison with the external auditors, customers, and vendors.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a specialization in Strategic Financial Management. CPA / CMA /MBA is preferable.
- 7-10 years in well-known bookkeeping firms and related Finance and Accounting services, audit, and consulting services.
- Leadership & decision-making skills.
- Has experience in the Odoo accounting system.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
- Fluency in languages – Arabic and English.
- Detailed knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to Finance and accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Has a car and driving license.
- Has a valid residency inside Kuwait, Article 18 (transferable).
- Can join ASAP
- Salary range KD 600 – 900
