Key Operational Activities
- Handle day to day procurement transactions for assigned PRs/material group.
- Contact supplier/s and/or service provider/s to obtain technical and commercial quotations.
- Validate, analyze, and negotiate commercial quotations.
- Monitor delivery compliance and circulate related reports to concerned stakeholders.
- Obtain the required approval prior placing commitment to supplier.
- Place official purchase order via SAP.
- Maintain material and vendor master records.
- Support new product development – participate in new project based on purchasing manager
- guidance.
- Conduct business meetings with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop and prepare business reports
المهارات
Professional Experience:
more than 5 years in the same field in the FMCG industry
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
IT skills:
- Microsoft office applications
- SAP
Language Skills:
Arabic & English
