A leading (Fit-out Contracting & Furniture, Building Material Group) in (Riyadh) is looking for (Senior Brand Manager) in the Marketing Department. To develop and deliver the Brand and Marketing strategy for the group of companies, and support the delivery of the existing Brand and Marketing Strategy. The role includes the day to day management of Marketing/Communications across the group in order to increase efficiency and drive and implement the brand strategy.
Responsible for:
1. Build and implement the Brand and Marketing Strategy for the Group of Companies in order to increase awareness of these Brands in KSA.
2. Support the development of new and existing brand and marketing strategic objectives through identification, input, coordination and feedback, to ensure that the Group is meeting the needs of the business.
3. Plan and manage all internal branding and marketing activities in order to raise the level of importance of the Brand.
4. Ensure smooth-running of all marketing production processes in order to ensure on time delivery, within budget and quality outputs.
5. Work with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities to raise the profile in all group markets.
6. Monitor marketing competitor landscape and activities so that the group can adjust, modify or change its messaging/branding in order to remain competitive and maximize our marketing activities.
7. Keep ahead of trends in related sectors/markets on social media in order to maximize Mar/Comms activities.
8. Understake research across various media/platforms e.g web, SEO, social media and PR and product reports for management in order to make appropriate changes in MAR/COMMs activities.
9. Collate and gather information including 'Price of Entry' requirements, in order to generate collateral and use to inform our MAR/COMMs activities.
10. Establish and maintain key relationships with journalists, and other opinion leaders so that the brands are raised in the markets we operate in.
11. Support the raising of standards of internal documents and communication materials so that there is consistency in brand messaging.
المهارات
1. Degree educated in one of the following areas – Mass Communications, Advertising, and/or Marketing and Communications.
2. 6-8 years experience in a similar role in a small to medium sized integrated agency, with strong digital knowhow.
3. Demonstrated interpersonal ability.
4. Strong Communication skills – both written and verbal.
5. Strong Planning and Organizational Skills.
6. Demonstrated Reporting, Research and Analysis skills
7. Strong Project Management skills
8. Arab nationality, with locally transferable Iqama.
