Receive and greet customer and define their needs and requirements.
Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
Answer customers' questions to queries about the store or the merchandise.
Effectively communicate brand related information to the customers.
Help customers try on or fit merchandise.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Ensure display shelves are adequately stocked and merchandised as per Darwish or brand specificguidelines.
Replenish shelves as per the policies and procedures of the Retail Division in a timely and efficientmanner.
Ensure all items on the shelves are tagged and correctly priced.
Report observations to the Sales Supervisor regarding outdated product,unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
2 – 4 years of sales experience preferably in retailin the GCC
Excellent customer service that makes customers feel loyal to the Brand
