Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a must.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

• Directing and coordinating all sales activities

• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

• Setting discount rates and determining suggested prices schedules

• Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners

• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

• Setting sales quotas and goals

• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

• Defining and executing territory sales plans

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

• Present sales, revenue and reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Sales Manager Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Successful

• previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in trade for at least 5 years (preferable in medical devices, food, herbal products)

• Full knowledge about modern trade and traditional trade

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

• Experience managing and directing a sales team.

• Dedication to providing great customer service.

• Strong oral and written communication skills both Arabic and English

• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
