1. Provide an appropriate orientation for all key staff through a professional presentation that explains how to handle risks and issue management.
02. Prepare standard processes and procedures related to risk and issue management.
3. Prepare a standard category system to identify and classify the issues and risks.
04. Coordinate with the delivery manager to get the approval of the final category system with respect to issues and risk.
5. Make a standard sheet to keep track of issues and risks and a standard presentation that can be used when talking to all divisions and the top management.
6. Have a meeting with the operations and support units to come up with a list of all the risks and issues that could affect the business.
7. Look at the information you got from brainstorming and put it into the standard categories.
08. Issue the final list after approval from stakeholder groups.
09. Upload all the identified lists onto the tracking portal for monitoring and control.
10. Based on the agreed RACI chart with the delivery manager, assign the issues to the accountable person.
11. Coordinate with the accountable person to get the action plan for how to respond to the exposure risks, either by transferring them or mitigating them.
12. Make a dashboard with the PMO and the delivery manager to show the overall progress of the project.
13. Work with the person in charge of planning to add the progress trend to the PMO dashboard.
14. Hold regular meetings with the different divisions, according to the communication plan, to keep track of and control how things are going with the issues and concerns.
15. Maintain and secure all documents related to issues and risks on the server.
16. Make sure that all lessons learned are shared with the delivery specialist so that they can be used by other departments to cut down on costs for rework.
17. Make sure that knowledge management lessons learned in different divisions help project management get better.
