الوصف الوظيفي
01. Coordinate with procurement to formulate the standard procurement process and procedures.
02. Coordinate with the PMO manager and supply chain manager to define the procurement authority matrix.
03. provide the focal point with operations to facilitate and expedite the procurement process and procedures.
04. Design the procurement dashboard by identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) that should be highlighted.
05. Engaging in the project start-up to coordinate with the project manager and procurement manager to set up a procurement plan.
06. Facilitating the management of supplier and contractual risk and measuring all aspects of supplier performance, initiating remedial actions whenever and wherever necessary.
