POSITION SUMMARY:
HR Internal Communications Specialist, communicate with all level of Company’s Employees to maintain the strong relationship between all of them.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide counsel services to employees
Prepare HR Newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and organizational actions taken.
Responsible for all internal communications to maintain and build a strong relationship with the employees
Handle all HR Activities such as (Occasional events, entertainment trips, etc)
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources.
Partnering with both management and employees to develop and implement employee relations best practice.
Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees
Handling of employee relations issues, complaints and/or grievance and determination of appropriate disciplinary actions
Oversee the maintenance of personnel records and various human resources information systems
Develop and implement company’s structure and create company communication channels
Update company’s policy.
Conduct investigations concerning employee/management inquires and complains

A minimum of three years of human resource communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
