01. Developing and maintaining governance control procedures, for managing portfolio wide initiatives.

02. Identifying and developing portfolio, program, and project level reporting, to ensure projects can be tracked against key criteria such as cost, schedule, priority, issues, and benefits.

3. Conduct intensive orientation and training with all key personnel, clarifying the importance and output of applying the initiative system.

04. Supporting and maintaining methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to delivery is taken across the portfolio through the use of common tools, processes, and practices.

05. Developing quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio.

06. Conduct intensive brainstorming with all departments and divisions to solicit the potential initiatives that could be implemented.

07. After coordinating with the initiatives, analyze and filter potential initiatives using the feasibility study.

08. Obtain final approval for the final list from the PMO director; the list of initiatives will be implemented.

09. Work with the initiators' designated project manager to develop the project charter for each initiative.

10. Through regular meetings with the division manager, manage, monitor, and control the progress of initiatives.

11. Coordinate with the communication specialist to incorporate the progress of initiatives in the division dashboard.

12. Develop a standard dashboard for all initiatives showing their progress.

13. Conduct a case study of the initiatives themselves and reassess the initiatives on a regular basis to ensure the efficacy of the progress.

14. Work with the initiative's accountable person to prepare the initiative close-out report once progress has reached 100%.
