Overview of the role:

  • Identifies and clarifies customers' current and future business initiatives, needs, and technical requirements.
  • Collects information from the customer about their existing IT and telecommunications infrastructure and conducts analyses
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level network hardware and applications.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level Core IT Infrastructure and applications.
  • Planned, configured, and oversaw the Converged infrastructure's implementation in coordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure performance meets design parameters.
  • Provide post-sales support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and provide the solution on time for the complex multi-vendor network/ Core Infrastructure.
  • Provide support for project implementation & documentation.
  • Conduct training for customers on system usage.
  • Able to prioritize workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.

What you will do:

Responsible for:

Financial

Take the lead on ICT Services practice, support the sales team to implement comprehensive solutions, and provide support in post-sales activities related to Data networks, Wi-Fi, Core Infrastructure (Servers & Storage) & Applications

Technical Positioning

  • Provide solution functional expertise to ensure proper implementation of a proposed design,
  • Prepare High-Level & low-level design documents.
  • Install, configure and Troubleshoot the Data networks, Wi-Fi Networks, and Core Infrastructure services.
  • Generation Wi-Fi active Heatmaps for final handover
  • Creating Schematics and topology maps for the final handover

Internal processes

  • Follow the internal field service mechanism.
  • Weekly report on all active projects
  • Weekly information on all open & closed service tickets
  • Follow the proper escalation matrix
  • Conduct the lesson-learned session with the team

Maintain the certification level from our principals and enhance technical knowledge in the latest technology trends and solutions

Job Context:

  • As an ICT Solution Expert, JH will develop support procedures and strategies for systems, networks, operating systems, and applications deployments, solve problems and provide technical expertise and resolution in support of system infrastructure
  • Within an engagement team, be responsible for identifying customer requirements, requirements management, implementation of the systems, testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting post-sales activities.

  • Installation & configuration of Servers & Storage hardware (HPE, Dell).
  • Wired & Wireless and Cloud-based Networks solutions: Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Alcatel, Ruckus.
  • Microsoft-based Infrastructure Solutions, VMWare.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of storage, server, backup, and virtualization hardware, software, and architecture.
  • Good knowledge of Voice & IP Telephony, Wireless, VMware, SD-WAN, Antivirus & Network Management Software
  • Must have complete ICT lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, testing, documentation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Implementation of a multilayer security solution
  • Implementation of tiered network architecture / Campus networks
  • An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers professionally are required

What equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelors / Engineering degree in IT/ CS / Electronics / Telecom or related disciplines.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of experience in Converged Enterprise Network Design, Implementation, and Support

Certifications:

  • MCSE / VCP or Equivalent certification is a MUST. HP MASE and Dell/EMC certification will have high preference.

CCNP certification is a must / CCIE will be an added advantage
