· Greet and welcome guest politely upon entering the restaurant or making eye contact.

· Know the menu and upsell coffee items by presenting and explaining the menu and being able to answer any questions the guests may ask.

· Ensure equipment is kept clean and in a good working condition, calibrate and clean equipment regularly, inform management of any faults with equipment as soon as they happen to ensure it does not interrupt operations.

· Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

· Prepares and deliver coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, but not limited to espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino.

· Prepare and deliver drinks with guests specifications where applicable.

· Enhances restaurant reputation by accepting ownership for achieving new and different requests; discovering opportunities to add value to job and products with the approval of the manager

· Ensure stations are kept neat clean and in a condition that is conducive to busy operations. Make sure all needed condiments and tolls are in arms reach and neatly packed making it easy to manage.

· Keep up to date with current promotions and new products. Make guests aware of offers and special promotions.
