الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare and implement business related office policies and procedure i.e. Standard operating procedure for the department.
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for the department.
- Coordinate in preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions; recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
- Prepare yearly planning calendar and coordinate with the activities as planned.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
- Prepare inventory report and send to management on monthly basis for their review.
- Prepare attendance summery report and update daily to make necessary report for the department
- Prepare and follow up on business trip, visa arrangements and thereafter the payments related to the respective business trip.
- Manage business tour dates, tour expenses, travel claims for review and management approval
- Maintain records and documentation of correspondences from the department, queries related to the Management office for further reference.
- Consolidate papers for taking approval and signature from Management to make sure the concern staff/ supervisor signature on the documents, and registered the name and document and forwarded to concern person.
- Follow-up on the reports to be submitted by various departments/BU’s on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Prepare draft agreement as per the points and details given by concern department/BU and forwarding the same to the legal consultant for his review, after vetting the document by legal department it will send to the corporate manager for approval.
- Sort and distribute correspondences received electronically, by fax or by post to the concerned department or employee
- Transcribe activities at meetings as minutes of meetings for the review of management.

- MS Office
- 6-8 years of experience as a secretarial support to senior management
